But when you find a place to stay that's

- in a rare great location,
- affordable and
- available multiple times a year
- all yours when I am out of town
My apartment is all that. This room in Charlotte, NC is the coziest place I have ever lived. The heat is great in winter.
It's that smooth radiator heat. I have watched snow fall out the window and felt toasty inside.
I can work all day and night ( if needed) in this apartment and hardly know I have neighbors.
The location is perfect for Charlotte. Within walking distance of grocery stores, shopping areas
restaurants and two city parks.
The price for a week is low enough to feel good about, $200. And low enough to understand that
there is no washer dryer here. There is a decent coin laundry mat and service a mile away.
If you are traveling on corporate money and you want to stay in luxury uptown, go for it. But if
you want a great little apartment with a bath and kitchen, wood floors, an inside chain lock on
the door and privacy, you might want to consider my place.
This is a win-win. I make a little extra cash that helps me keep the place, and you get a cozy
apartment for a week or up to a month.
As much as I travel I can tell you I would love to arrive in a city and find this place.
Ahhh. Home sweet second home.
Oh, there's no TV. There IS internet hookup from Time Warner. An affordable,room located in Charlotte, NC.
